In Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Clubhouse - Upstairs $150
The upstairs portion of the Clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 100 people.

Clubhouse - Downstairs $150
The downstairs portion of the Clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 100 people.

Kitchen $50

Large Pavilion $75
The Large Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 75 people.

Small Pavilion $50
The Small Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 40 People.

Clubhouse Deck & Back Patio $35
The Clubhouse Deck & Back Patio has a maximum capacity of 40 People.
Out of Season

Clubhouse - Upstairs $100
The upstairs portion of the Clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 100 people.

Please note the following stipulation for all rentals:
- In Season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- All Rentals are for a 24 hour period
- The contract must be signed 30 days prior to rental with deposit
- Deposit is required for Clubhouse rental
- Pavilions are available for member to use only until 11:00PM
- One pavilion a day can be reserved by members
- A $20 cleaning fee will be placed on all rentals until further notice
